These sessions must be scheduled two weeks in advance to give me time to put together a guide personalized for your team. Deposit of $50 will be requested after you request your date.

We will schedule a date and time and sit together for an in-depth two hour session to go over your specific WordPress installation. Afterward I will also give you a customized WordPress manual on editing your website so that you’ll always have the basics on hand to refresh your memory.
Every installation of WordPress is different. Some of us use themes, some use page builders. We all use different plugins and nothing is written by the same developer! I can help you navigate your installation, manage updates and backups and even spot and resolve potential issues with your installation.
Single student fee is $90 for two hours.

I am developing a simple course to teach you how to get started with WordPress!
Whether you want to build your own website or you already have a WordPress site and want to get a better understanding of how to maintain it. I have been a front-end web developer for fifteen years. I have been using WordPress to design and develop websites for twelve of those years. I will walk you through the WordPress administrator area (backend), one menu item at a time LIVE. Some of the subjects we will cover are:
- Simple explanation of how WordPress works
- Demo of Gutenberg block editor
- How to install themes and plugins
- Creation of pages and posts
- Managing media
- Maintaining updates
- User Roles
- Customizations
- General settings
In addition, I will share my preferred “package” of theme and plugins that I use on ALL of my website builds. We will discuss hosting, free vs premium themes, child themes, and administering backups. Q&A to follow.
