Fashion Photography and Social Media Graphics

I worked with Archived Clothing to promote their Fall 2015 line of women’s apparel and the opening of a storefront in Downtown Spartanburg. We spent an afternoon shooting at the Zimmerli Amphitheater in Barnet Park. The weather was less than optimal. It was cloudy and drizzling the whole time. However, we had gorgeous models, pretty accessories and uber comfy outfits to photograph! This is still one of my favorite projects. I feel like I say that a lot. Do I say that a lot? In addition to commercial photography, I created several graphics for them to use on their Facebook page and website.

As a high school student I was enamored by the commercial photography I saw in fashion magazines. Specifically Annie Leibovitz’s work. I read VOGUE religiously and had dreams of becoming a fashion photographer. Every time I get to shoot fashion, whether it’s leggings and tunics or something more fabulous, I get a rush thinking about fulfilling my dream.
